An Intro to Mindfulness Workshop
Sunday 5th June, 2pm – 4pm
A 2hr workshop with Kasia Olszko exploring what mindfulness is, the art of attention and putting it into practice through meditation.
This workshop will include looking at the nature of the mind and how it wanders. You will participate in a guided relaxation and exercises that encourage the expansion of self awareness and the practice of kindness. The workshop will close with the practice of meditation.
Spaces will be limited to 15 people.
