CLASS LEVELS

• Basics/Level 1 – For beginners, people coming back from injury, or those who want to take it slowly, with lots of support and encouragement.
• Open Level – These classes are suitable for everyone with progressions for those who wish to work harder.
• Level 2 and 2/3 – For the more advanced practitioner in yoga, or in Pilates, for people who want to really feel the burn. These classes take your workout to the next level.
• Reformer Pilates HIT – Our high intensity (HIT) reformer Pilates classes mixes traditional reformer routines on the machine with exercises off the machine and adds in hand weights to boost your strength, muscle tone and stamina, but also to raise your heart rate and burn fat. Expect an energising and fast paced workout that makes you sweat. Not suitable for people with injuries

BARRE

Ballet Barre is a 360 degree body workout, fusing Ballet and Pilates techniques to target those hard to reach muscles. Expect upbeat music, a sttong emphasis on legs and gluts, but also  core and upper body work to help craft a long, lean and strong physique. Our classes are open to all, be you complete beginner or ex ballet dancer, and our experienced instructors are always on hand to guide you through every step. There are a maximum of 8 people per class.

MUSIC vs BREATH

Unless indicated with a B for Breath, expect to hear carefully chosen music in all classes. If you prefer a quiet practice, you should choose a class which is marked with a B breath led.
