POST NATAL

The first step back to Pilates after pregnancy. This class includes rehab for the pelvic floor and helps to rebuild the core muscles. We have 2 post natal Pilates classes a week. We advise that you start class after 6 weeks with a vaginal birth and 10-12 weeks with a caesarean after you have been cleared to return to exercise by a medical professional.
