REFORMER PILATES HIT

Our high intensity (HIT) reformer Pilates classes mixes traditional reformer routines on the machine with exercises off the machine and adds in hand weights to boost your strength, muscle tone and stamina, but also to raise your heart rate and burn fat. Expect an energising and fast paced workout that makes you sweat. Not suitable for people with injuries.
