Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness. It is a dynamic technique designed to release and work with Kundalini – the life force energy at the base of the spine. Yoga means union, and Kundalini Yoga unites us with higher states of awareness and consciousness, and prepares us for connecting to our self and soul. Classes are a conscious blend of postures, pranayam, music, mudra, eye-focus, mantra and meditation, to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purifiy the blood. Classes are a different combination of postures each time, and are designed to work through specific blocks and challenges, teaching the art of self-healing and elevation.
We have a weekly Kundalini and gong class for 90 minutes every Friday at 5pm, the perfect end to a hectic week. This will be taught in blocks of 4, so there is a discount for committing to every week of the 4, or you can just drop in as you want to. Free for members.
You don’t need previous yoga experience to be able to join this class.
