Aimee, co-founder of Inspiration Space and owner of www.thebreathingroom.co.uk, certified as a Transformational Breath® Facilitator and workshop presenter with the founder of the technique, Dr Judith Kravitz in Italy and the US in 2009. She has been lucky enough to share her love of Transformational Breath with many clients from toddlers to CEO’s.
She currently offers private Transformational Breath sessions, private group sessions and workshops in London and creates Inspiration Retreats in the UK. The most powerful self healing technique she has come across, she sees clients who are looking to better manage stress and anxiety, develop news ways of relaxing and feeling more present, transform negative thinking and improve sleeping patterns.
Her passion for breathwork was ignited during her love of yoga and she qualified as a 500 + hours Professional Yoga Teacher at Nature Care College, Sydney and has since taught in the UK, Australia and Bali over the past 8 years. She has learned from many teachers including Donna Fahri, Shiva Rea, Liz Koch, Twee Merrigan & Katy Appleton and learned so much from every yoga class she has ever attended.
