We are delighted to announce that once again, we’ll be at Walthamstow Garden Party offering free yoga and Pilates sessions to festival goers. This is the third year that Barbican, WF Council and Create have put on this amazing free event combining music, theatre, dance, circus, film, spoken word, crafts family fun and food. We were there last year, and had around 200 people taking advantage of the free sessions, including 40 children who Sarah Rush had doing kids yoga that revolved around an interactive jungle story, which they all loved. It is such a great event for Walthamstow, and we are really proud to be involved.
