Take some time out to relax and renew in a two hour workshop celebrating the unique bond between mother and daughter.
We will practise a yoga sequence to build heat and strength so we can get out of the busy mind and into the body followed by poses to open the heart and soften. Through partner poses we will develop communication and connection and finish by melting into a restorative yoga sequence using bolsters and props so we can deeply relax.
With a gratitude meditation to end we can’t wait to see you with your mum, daughter, grandmother, aunt or any woman important to you at this nurturing workshop for self care.
