Ann will break down and explain it’s structure and more importantly shed light on how this speaks to and nourishes the whole of a person.
Nidra– meaning sleep, can perhaps be understood as a yogic joke. Instead of making us tune out and disconnect, this powerful tool for rest allows a deep awakening and a welcoming home to your true self.
This is a lead meditation in which you are required to do nothing but rest and hone your awareness.
Absolutely anyone can practice Yoga Nidra– All Are Welcome.
