We are collaborating with the Natural History Museum on a monthly yoga, breath and sound event at the Museum under the magnificent blue whale skeleton.

Surrounded by 4.5 billion years of natural history, start with 15 minutes of conscious breathwork with Aimee Hartley – tune in to your own breathing to energise your body – before moving through a vinyasa flow yoga sequence led by Vanessa Joy. You’ll finish with the healing vibrations of a gong sound bath with Simone Salvatici, filling this incredible cathedral of nature with sound. It is a breathtaking experience.

The first sellout event happened on April 22nd, with people saying it was one of the best experiences they ever had. They’ve been monthly since, with the last of the year on December 9th. There are 3 dates on sale for 2019: January 19th, February 3rd and March 10th. Book now to avoid disappointment. The £35 ticket price includes entry to the Life in the Dark exhibition.
