We offer a women only vinyasa flow class on a Thursday at 13:45. This is a steady flow class, matching breath to movement with meditation and a long, blissful savasana at the end. The class might cover specific womens issues, however is designed with women who might not want to exercise in a unisex class in mind. Expect to feel strengthened, stretched, but most of all, calm and re-energised.
We also offer women only barre fit classes on a Saturday at 12:15 and Sunday at 14:15.
