This gentle therapeutic reformer class is specifically designed to improve strength, balance and flexibility while recovering from injury or surgery.

Strong Reformer Pilates
An open level class at a slower controlled pace. Utilising heavier or lighter springs to build strength, lean muscle and add additional challenge to the exercise.
