What should people expect from your class?

A full-on hard workout. The burn will be real. Critiqued exercises. I am a firm believer in technique over just doing an exercise.

If you weren’t a teacher, what would you be?

I would be, and am a Personal trainer 

What advice would you give to your 16-year-old self?

Focus and be the best you can be. You are at the age of learning, so absorb all that you are told from the person or persons you really admire.

What’s your favourite exercise and why?

My favourite exercise is core based. I know soooo many it's hard to pinpoint a single exercise!

What do you do in your spare time?

I play football and teach beginner MMA self-defence classes.  Good fun.
