FAQ’S

What should people expect from your class?

I adore spin and really use it as my outlet to switch off and take some time for myself, so I hope to create a safe space to allow people to work through whatever they need, whilst getting a sweat on.

I ride and teach to the beat of the music, so you can expect some resistance tracks to a slower beat, but I am a bit of a speed queen and am partial to a jog out of the saddle and a sprint.

I enjoy a bit of choreography as an optional added extra, so get ready to move your bodies!

Ultimately, I’m here to create a great vibe where we can improve our health and fitness, whilst having FUN!

If you weren’t a teacher, what would you be?

I’m a Musical Theatre performer, that’s what brought me here from Wolverhampton many years ago. I trained at Drama School here in London, then went off singing and performing on Cruise Ships for a few years. I still perform and sing, so that’s what I would be if I didn’t teach spin.

What’s your favourite song to spin to?

I have so many, however, Indian Summer by Jai Wolf really makes me feel a lot of feels and does something to me on the bike. If I’m ever having a down day, I’ll put that song on, jump on the bike and spin it out! But, hard question, I could pick 50 more, easily.

What do you do in your spare time?

I sing a lot, and go to the Theatre a lot. I enjoy reading and going for a drink with friends. I also do quizzes at the local breweries which I’m really not good at, but enjoy!

I also manage a gym which takes up a lot of my time. And I take spin classes, it’s my equivalent of meditating!
