What should people expect from your class?

A dynamic flow which moves at a medium pace. Well thought out sequencing usually building to a peak pose and always relating to the theme of the class. Options available for everyone so you should never feel overwhelmed. Sometimes kriyas and mantra will be included too

If you weren’t a pilates teacher, what would you be?

A dancer, or involved in movement direction. However, I'd actually love to be in the film industry, probably behind the screen as an editor or producer.. one day

What advice would you give to your 16 year old self?

Realise that everyone you meet is the teacher, you can learn from absolutely everyone. And take up yoga... it'll blow your mind!

What’s your favourite asana/pilates exercise and why?

Ego eradication kriya. After 5 minutes you feel completely aliivveeee!!

What do you do in your spare time?

Anything cultural! Love going to the theatre as well as visiting exhibitions and galleries. Or it could be a pop-up, a restaurant or a bar. There are endless things to do in London! Any recommendations?
