If you weren't a pilates teacher, what would you be:

A writer! I believe I am a writer on some level already (some very random stuff I do), and I also know I will do more and more of this at some point in my life. My favourite mug to drink a hot cuppa says "Please do not annoy the writer, she may put you in a book and kill you" and it was a Christmas gift from my husband :) 

Advice to your 16 old self:

You are right, about pretty much everything you are perceiving as wrong right now. But it is not your fault, and you will see it one day. You will need some therapy to actually truly understand this but you'll be fine and with your job (and not only) you'll help many people not to experience what you had to. Keep on manifesting young lady, you'll get there! Oh, and maybe, have a little bit more FUN in your twenties, two or three crazy nights in a year are not enough, don't travel just for work, go on that holiday too!

Favourite exercise:

Anything slow, controlled, and tough where you can feel every single part of your body collaborating at the same time. 

What do you do in your spare time:

As a self-employed/business owner with one too many roles and as a mother, I don't have much spare time. But I'm getting better at finding this time, and my favourite things to do are writing (surprise surprise), reading (I'm a hopeless bookworm), dancing on my own in the living room (I'm a former choreographer and still partially involved in the industry as an educator), researching about women's health and nutrition (two huge passions of mine).

Strolling at the park and going to contemporary art galleries. 

But nothing beats drinking a hot cuppa, lying on the sofa, and listening to old jazz music records with my (actually, my son's!) record player.
