What advice would you give to your 16-year-old self:

You're doing great; and you do know that it goes from great to even better. So keep going and remember, you are responsible for how you feel about a situation and you will always do your best to not cause pain to others, but others are responsible for their own deeds and feelings too- so chill, it is not always about you!

What's your favourite asana/exercise and why:

My favourite exercise is the one that I feel like in that moment- HIIT, interval, dance fit, dance class, BARRE, all would work at the right moment.

What do you do in your spare time:

I am a super horror fan so I would read and watch horror movies; love to write and go to various fitness classes also.
