What's your favourite asana/exercise and why:

‘Double breaker’… although it’s tough, it gets the heart rate going whilst exercising core, legs, arms and back all at the same time. Allowing people to challenge themselves no matter their physical level.

What do you do in your spare time:

Walking my two beautiful dogs!
