FAQ’s

What should people expect from your class?

To have a laugh, whilst listening to some banging dance, hip hop, 80's and occasionally alternative music. Coupled with being challenged within a safe environment following the Pilates principles with an athletic twist.

If you weren’t a pilates teacher, what would you be?

Most likely a running coach and sports therapist. Although if that failed, I'll be a Human Rights and Equality Lawyer.

What advice would you give to your 16 year old self?

Take onboard your parents advice, they speak empirically. But still have fun along the way!

What’s your favourite asana/pilates exercise and why?

The snake or anything which targets our lateral muscles. The snake is one of those Pilates poses which targets copious muscles from the arms to the hamstrings and is great for spinal health in addition to strengthening our lateral muscles, it also develops a trim waist line

What do you do in your spare time?

Compete in cross country semi professional races, road running and track events and shipping my daughter to football training and her matches. Crash out on the sofa eating dark chocolate whilst watching the latest Netflix movies.
