  • HOT SLOW FLOW

    Hot classes are taught in a studio heated to 37 degrees with air purifying systems to clean the air as you move. How slow flow allows you to take it easy whilst also building strength.

  • DYNAMIC HOT YOGA

    The same heat but more dynamic movement. Expect to build up a sweat in these classes.

  • HOT PILATES

    Hot Pilates is based on the Inferno method - low impact, HIIT 50 minute workout based on Pilates principles to get you sweating and endorphins flowing.

  • Traditional 26+2 hot sequence

    The traditional 26+2 hot sequence is a 90 minutes practice aimed to maintain health through stimulating the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.
