Hot classes are taught in a studio heated to 37 degrees with air purifying systems to clean the air as you move. We will use aromatherapy oils, carefully selected to enhance the practise, and also work with different coloured lighting to align with different chakras and energies. We offer hot slow flow, and a slightly more dynamic vinyasa, plus the more traditional 26+2 hot sequence. We also have a weekly inferno hot pilates every Tuesday morning at 9.40am with Tinuke: 50 minutes of high intensity, low impact interval training based on Pilates principles to a banging soundtrack. Come for the endorphins, stay for the improved fitness, strength, tone and endurance.
