Employee Wellness Programmes

A recent survey by Westfield Health (Coping with Covid) found that deteriorating mental health from the pandemic cost business £14bn last year. Of the people surveyed, 21% said they felt lonely more often, 35% said their mental health has declined since the start of the pandemic, 34% said their morale was poor and 27% of all employees are less engaged than the previous year.

We also run over 200 livestream classes a month from our studios in Walthamstow and can offer a bespoke solution with dedicated classes for employees, online retreats and workshops focusing on specific areas of employee wellness, such as goal setting followed by a deeply relaxing meditation practise, postural care for people working at home, beginners yoga, developing a daily mindfulness practise.

  • Interior design agency

An interior office design agency in Shoreditch wanted to offer their employees a number of classes from our full timetable of 200+ livestreamed classes a month to do as they wish during Lockdown 1. We arranged a bulk buy of classes and distributed them among the team, so they could book in to suit themselves.

    Enfield Borough Council

We created a custom wellbeing support package of a series of online workshops for the Professional Learning arm of Enfield Borough Council in January/February 2021, initially for teaching assistants and support staff, and from September 2021, for all teaches in the borough.

    John Lewis/Waitrose

We have run in person corporate retreats for John Lewis/Waitrose employees at their Odney property in Berkshire (Sept 2019 and Feb 2020), and in April 2021 will be facilitating a half day online retreat mixing movement with journalling and goal setting, and a yin and mediation practise.
