    We offer yoga classes from pregnancy through to post birth with your baby on the mat beside you. This gives you a chance to become part of a community, and the women who meet each other at pregnancy yoga, often stay on the journey together, coming along to mum and baby yoga classes with their babies and hanging around for tea and cake.

  • Pre/Post Natal Barre

    Pre/Natal Barre

    We run a number of pre and post natal classes. When you are still pregnant, this class will help strengthen the muscles required for pregnancy and labour. Once you've had the baby, parent and baby barre fit is a safe yet high energy workout for the whole body, then we also offer yoga and reformer Pilates with your baby, to gentle rebuild your pelvic floor and core.

  • Pre Natal Reformer

    Pre/Post Natal Reformer

    Reformer Pilates with your baby gently rebuilds your pelvic floor and core while your baby lies next to the machine. Unfortunately babies cannot be mobile for this class just because the machines are dangerous for inquisitive little fingers. Our pre-natal reformer Pilates classes are slow in pace and geared to strengthening the muscles required for a fit pregnancy but also softening where needed.
