COSTA RICA with Eryck

YOGA RETREAT

We are returning to Montezuma for our 5th long haul retreat with Eryck Brahmania. We've chosen to come to Montezuma, on the pacific coast, for its beautiful beaches, waterfalls and amazing activities and biodiversity. We would love you to join us in for 7 days of yoga, surfing, horse riding, nature watching, amazing food and guaranteed good times in the sunshine.

April 7 - April 15, 2025

As well as a daily dynamic practice focused around a theme, there will be workshops going deeper on specific poses, meditation and mantra, kundalini kriyas, yin yoga, plus optional mat Pilates and HIIT early morning workouts before the yoga session. In your free time, you might choose to go surfing, head to the waterfalls, go horse riding through the national mark, have a massage or or chill by the pool. The food at Nya is delicious and healthy. We have breakfast together after yoga, and you can choose what to have, from granola and fruit, pancakes, French toast, huevos rancheros, eggs benedict or omelette, plus of course juice and lots off coffee. Dinners are after evening yoga, also at Ubin restaurant attached to Nya, and include a starter and main every evening, so you definitely won’t go hungry.

We have a spacious dorm option, luxurious twin sharing and doubles, and a spare child mattress can be added to a deluxe double if you wanted to come with your parter and child. There is also the option of a family apartment as its half term. Please ask if you would be interested in that. We are using the week before Easter, so that if you wanted to add on some more travel in Costa Rica, you've got plenty of time to explore this incredible country.
